Thrive on building relationships and closing deals? This role is
for you. As an Inside Sales Territory Manager , you’ll own and grow
relationships with manufactured home dealers and community managers
across your assigned territory. You’ll generate loan applications,
close new opportunities, and drive revenue—building your book of
business through consistent outreach and trusted partnerships. This
is a true individual contributor role —no team to manage, just you,
your territory, and your results. HIGH Commission Opportunity –
Your performance directly drives your earnings. What You’ll Do
Connect with manufactured home dealers and community managers via
phone, video, and occasional in-person visits Prospect, pitch, and
close new business within your territory Build long-term
partnerships that consistently generate applications and sales
Manage your own pipeline and territory performance What You’ll
Bring 2 years of sales experience (financial services, real estate,
lending, or similar a plus) Self-motivated, disciplined, and
comfortable working independently Strong communication and
relationship-building skills Competitive, resilient, and driven by
commission-based success
