Responsibilities Generate new business through outbound calls,
referrals, and community networking Educate clients on Farmers
Insurance products and recommend tailored coverage Quote, bind, and
service auto, home, life, and commercial policies Build and
maintain strong, long-term client relationships Meet sales goals
while delivering exceptional customer experience Requirements
Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
Sales experience preferred; insurance experience a plus Strong
communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with
a competitive, goal-driven mindset Ability to work independently
and as part of a team
