RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer's needs. Assist customers with retirement planning and insurance needs. Stay current with market trends and product offerings. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
