    • Strong communication with land contract sellers and other related parties
    • Compile documentation and review for accuracy before submitting to underwriting for review
    • Work collaboratively with other Sales Representatives as training to grow into full sales position within 12 monthsQualifications:
      • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and sound judgment skills
      • Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
