This role will assist the program director in recruitment and relationship cultivation of prospective students for college programs by using various marketing, advertising, and public relations tools and strategies. Serving as point-person throughout all stages of recruitment building and enrollment, to ensure enrollment goals are met each semester.Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:

  • Develops recruitment campaigns utilizing social media platforms, data and analytics
  • Collect, assemble, monitor, analyze, and synthesize analytic data
  • Generate reports for the director on critical information including data findings, metrics, key performance indicators, market trends, and other business data points
  • Maximize and manage content across multiple online and social media channels with measurable results
  • Creates content and design for a variety of projects including but not limited to websites, e-mail templates, digital and social media outlets, print needs, environmental graphics and presentations that support the programs overall mission and goals
  • Work with internal and external contacts in support of the program to coordinate program events
  • Assist the program director in improvement of operational efficiency, provide process improvement recommendations, and generate and implement solutions within designated area of responsibility.
  • Assist director in planning and promotion of events. To include developing materials, advertising, space acquisition, invitations, manage day of event activities, etc. Unit Specific Education/Experience/SkillsKnowledge normally acquired by completing a four-year college degree program in Advertising, Marketing and/or in Marketing in the field specific to the employing unit; experience in database management, spreadsheet and word processing software applications, and webpage maintenance; one to three years of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in sales, advertising and marketing strategies, and departmental operations; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Desired Qualifications
    • Experience with website maintenance, social media strategy and management experience across multiple platforms, CMS and online marketing
    • Experience with web utilities and product, graphic programs, and desktop applications, and strong understanding of online content management; and/or creating and launching e-mail campaigns using a leading marketing automation tool(s).
    • Ability to capture, monitor, analyze and report analytic data; strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media.
    • Familiarity with CRM, mail automation, content creation and deployment
    • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro and basic HTML
