We are looking for an experienced Trailer Builder / Mechanic who can build, install, troubleshoot, and service Various trailer systems including movable decks, winch systems, lift systems, and custom transport components.  This is a hands-on fabrication and mechanical position for someone who understands hydraulics, trailer systems, wiring, fabrication, and DOT-compliant trailer construction. You ll play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency, ensuring critical components meet the demands of Bosch s global supply chain.As a Production Operator, you ll help ensure optimal performance across various production lines, making a direct impact on the continued success of the facility and the products it produces.Work Schedule:Work shifts are 8 hours per day, including a 15-minute break and a 30-minute lunch.Voluntary overtime is available for up to 4 additional hours per day.Current openings are for 2nd shift and 3rd shift.Job Responsibilities:Operate and monitor various production machines for manufacturing and re-manufacturing diesel fuel components.Perform final assembly, part sorting, tear-down, washing, and other tasks according to process control documentation.Record daily production data and complete on-line Statistical Process Control charting to monitor process variation.Conduct basic maintenance, troubleshoot minor issues, and ensure equipment functionality.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.Support production goals by completing additional tasks as directed by management.QualificationsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDBasic math, reading, and computer skillsAvailableto work 2nd and 3rd shift hours1+years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication in English to ensure seamless collaboration and comprehension of instructions.Lift up to 35 lbs., up to 20 times/hour.Availableto workovertime as needed(including Saturdays)Additional InformationIndefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
