to be a part of.POSITION SUMMARY: Office is open from 7:00am until
5:30pm and hours vary between staff to cover phones during this
time. Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the correct
department. As part of answering the phones the CSR will
communicate with customers to determine their needs and schedule
service calls. The CSR also works closely with the Dispatch Service
Representative (DSR) to ensure we route the field staff to service
calls to tend to customer's needs.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Answer incoming calls.
- Utilizing company software to schedule service calls.
- Gather all pertinent information about customer needs and enter
detailed notes into company software.
- Ensure all address and contact information is correct and
entered into company software.
- Process daily paperwork.
- Assist/cover DSR in dispatching.
- Perform outbound calling and outbound mailings.
- Schedule annual maintenance visits.
- Contact customers to renew partner protection plans.
- Work with customers to schedule proposed work.
- Perform happy calls to customers after service visit.
- Attend meetings as necessary.
- Keep detailed notes in system on all pertinent information
pertaining to customer contact and work proposed/performed.
- Follow up with customers on payments not made at time of

- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years' customer service experience
- Relevant carpentry skillsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test

with standard concepts of plumbing and HVAC would be helpful. Are
