Description:In search of highly motivated individuals to become a part of their very important IT Help Desk support team which is the first person the end user communicates with in resolving IT issues. This opportunity is perfect for someone looking to break into the IT field in an organization that offers great opportunities for growth and advancement.Summary of Position(s):Our client looks for talent that has a desire to be part of an organization that help others and can find passion behind being a part of healthcare. These positions will be responsible for taking inbound calls and 1st call resolution of all incoming technical support calls. They will help the end user work through any 1st and potentially 2nd level technical issues and troubleshoot to resolve in a timely manner.Call volume for these roles average 30-40 calls per day. Our client is looking to improve the level of technical skill on this call center help desk with new talent they bring in. The goal is to increase their current SLA's and improve the percentage of 1st call resolution on this team.Ideal Skills and Abilities:- Minimum of 1+ years of experience providing technical support over the phone.- Any experience troubleshooting IT issues for end users would be highly desired.- A+ certification is preferred as well.- Basic experience troubleshooting in a Windows 7/10 environment.- Experience supporting Exchange/Outlook email.- Any enterprise healthcare application experience would be highly desired as well but not required.- Experience with help desk ticketing systems is a plus (Altiris specifically).- SharePoint knowledge and basic ITIL standards understanding.- If candidate has worked within a healthcare provider in the past this will be desired but not required.Skills:service desk, customer service, troubleshooting, Customer Support, Helpdesk Troubleshooting, Help Desk, Phone Support, Technical Support, call center, call escalation, troubleshoot, Windows 7, Windows 10, OutlookAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Each candidate must have strong communication and the ability to work through issues with end users in a calm manner.Experience Level:Entry Level
