Job Description:
Angott Search Group is partnering with a $875 million Michigan
credit union to identify a Vice President of Marketing. This leader
will advance the organization’s mission by driving marketing,
brand, communications, and business intelligence strategies that
support membership growth and retention. Responsibilities: Lead and
execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business
goals, focused on brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Drive
brand, membership, product, and communication initiatives across
the organization. Analyze campaign performance (ROI, conversion,
acquisition cost, engagement) and optimize results. Build and lead
a high-performing marketing and BI team. Oversee website and social
media strategy to ensure a strong, consistent digital presence.
Ensure cohesive messaging across all channels, including campaigns,
collateral, and advertising. Track and report on KPIs, identifying
trends and taking action as needed. Maintain a consistent brand
voice across all touchpoints. Utilize a mix of traditional and
digital marketing tools to effectively reach target audiences. Job
Qualifications: 10 years of experience. Bachelor’s degree in
marketing, communications, business, or related field. Proven
success executing strategic marketing plans that drive growth.
Experience across branding, project management, product
development, and digital/traditional marketing. Leadership
experience with responsibility for planning, team management, and
budgeting. Strategic thinker with strong execution skills. Ability
to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong
leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
