OverviewFirst National Bank of America is looking for a professional, genial, and highly organized Bilingual Spanish Escrow Specialist to ensure accurate and timely disbursement of escrow and claim funds. The Bilingual Spanish Escrow Specialist will work with borrowers, insurance agents/companies, and contractors to handle our borrower's escrow needs, providing exceptional service to all. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail, problem-solving abilities, the capability to multi-task and prioritize, and will enjoy working in a collaborative and supportive environment, while maintaining compliance. Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm, along with exceptional bilingual written and oral communication skills are an absolute must. In this role, you are the front line for all Spanish-language escrow inquiries received through multiple channels such as phone, email, fax, and requests. We are happy to train candidates in this role. Job Type: Full-time Location: On-site at our East Lansing, MI office*Remote is not availableResponsibilities

• Receive calls from and make calls to borrowers, insurance agents, and companies
• Prepare and mail letters to meet compliance requirements
• Timely follow up on customer calls, emails, and faxes
• Effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, to ensure an exceptional servicing experience for our borrowers
• Ensure accurate data entry
• Analyze and monitor escrow accounts
• Process and monitor insurance claims Qualifications
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
