Bilingual (Spanish/English) required. Responsibilities Job
responsibilities include:* Initiating outbound and promptly
answering incoming phone calls* Assisting Customers' with their
inquiries* Establishing repayment schedules
* Facilitating receipt of payments via ACH and other methods
* Confirming data on the customer's account
* Contributing to the achievement departmental delinquency goals
