Job Description:

First National Bank of America's Payment Processing Department is seeking a servant-hearted Part-Time Payment Processing Specialist who is highly organized and self-driven. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail and strong problem solving abilities, and should demonstrate a commitment to getting the job done. This position will require a flexible schedule at month end, including longer hours on the last day of the month. Responsibilities Responsibilities include:

• Ensure the timely and accurate posting of payments to customer accounts
• Receive and respond to emails and phone calls from internal customers in a timely manner
• Process adjustments and maintenance requests to customer accounts on a daily basis
• Process and send ACH files daily, including ACH returns
• Review and activate customer ACH setups
• Problem solve, specifically as it relates to unique/difficult to identify payments received
• Create and send customer correspondence, as required
• Review and process payments received by mail Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
• Self-driven to complete work requirements
• Mathematically minded
• Effective communication skills (telephone, e-mail, and in-person)
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of ACH and loan terminology is beneficial, but not required
• Ability to sit or stand at a computer desk all day Employee benefits
