    • Build relationships with land contract sellers and brokers nationwide to bid on the purchase of seller financed loans
    • Accurately price and provide quotes to brokers to purchase notes
    • Follow up with sellers and brokers to do what it takes to get our offer accepted
    • Travel 10% to industry conferences to network with new and current brokersQualifications:
      • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and sound judgment skills
      • Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
      • Experience with loan sales or purchasing loans is a plusEmployee benefits
