SUMMARY OF POSITIONThe Radial Forge Operator is responsible for operating the Radial Forge to form products using billets according to established standard work for production purposes.SHIFTLAN - Shift 3 ($.50) (United States of America - Michigan)WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Complete all DHR documents
• Trouble shoot/problem solve program and machine issues
• Produce parts to manufacturing specifications with minimal supervision.
• Make sure work environment remains safe, uncluttered, clean and well-maintained by performing maintenance and general janitorial duties throughout shift per the 6S schedule
• Monitor machine for irregularities
• Support quality and compliance by adhering to all procedures, work instructions, and forms per the Quality Management Systems (QMS).

      • Willing and able to work long hours including overtime as required.
      • Frequent and repetitive use of hands and fingers
      • Lifting, pushing, and pulling of up to 30 lbs.
      • Requires standing for extended periods of time.
