SVP Credit - Capital Markets & Agribusiness SVP Credit - Capital Markets & Agribusiness We are excited for you to apply to our new Senior Vice President of Credit - Capital Markets & Agribusiness position. This position is planned to be in our East Lansing Corporate office, however other locations will be considered.This position provides strategic and operational leadership and management for all capital markets and commercial lending unit credit activities including but not limited to, underwriting, approvals, credit policies, credit procedures, credit administration, and risk management. Chairs the Capital Markets & Commercial Lending Unit Credit Committee and assigns lending authority to credit and sales staff. About Us... Position Requirements... Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Ag Business or similar degree is required. 10+ years of progressively more complex experience in credit underwriting and agricultural lending within a Farm Credit System institution or similar financial services organization required. 5+ years of supervisory leadership experience required. Ability to quickly learn and effectively use new process and procedures to meet business initiatives. Ability to work effectively on teams by building strong relationships, listening to others, valuing opinions, and helping team to meet goals. Demonstrated ability to exercise leadership and judgment, develop solutions to complex problems and be logical and persuasive. Knowledge of the Farm Credit Act, FCA regulations, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, UCC and other federal and state laws as necessary. Here's What We Can Offer You...
