Job Description:
Positions Location: East Lansing, MI This job description is intended to cover the minimum essential
duties assigned on a regular basis. Associates may be asked to
perform additional duties as assigned by their leader. Leadership
has the right to alter or modify the duties of the position. Purpose: Provide a high quality swim lesson for members and
non-members of the Michigan Athletic Club following American Red
Cross guidelines. Job Duties: Follow American Red Cross guidelines and standards
for Learn to Swim program. Prepare lesson plans in accordance with
Level teaching. Prepare report cards for each student in class.
Provide direct communication with parents in regards to
child(ren)'s progress or concerns. Responsible for billing for
private lessons with members, non-members. Responsible for
submitting completed paperwork to service desk for billing and to
aquatics director for payroll purposes in a timely manner.
