Job Description Job Description CNC Machine Operator 3rd shift 11pm - 7:30 am - training is on 1st shift (7am - 3:30 pm) training may take 3-6 months Skilled CNC Machine Operator entry level to experienced responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to perform precision manufacturing tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring the high-quality production of parts and components in accordance with detailed engineering drawings and specifications. Job Description: - Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to provided design specifications, work orders, and blueprints. - Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and accuracy. - Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot machine malfunctions as needed. - Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency. Required: - High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in CNC machining is a plus. - Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role. - Strong understanding of CNC machinery and operations. - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents. - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary.
