for a Storage Services Analyst in Dearborn, MI (Onsite) For quick

a member of the Storage Service team with a variety of
responsibilities supporting Storage as a Service (StaaS) and Data
Protection as a Service (DpaaS). Responsibilities Jira planning and
tracking of Epics, User Stories, and Tasks. Asset management
activities, including leasing and service contracts. Assist with
current and future planning activities to support the global
expansion and adaptation of Storage as a Service. Assist with:
Installing new hardware and removing end-of-life equipment.
Planning and installing fiber connections to new devices when
needed. Completing connections originating from server team
requests. Ongoing troubleshooting of the server-connected
environment. Financial and capacity planning and reporting.
Experience Required Associate experience with 2 years in IT.
Experience with Jira business tool. Solid understanding of MS
Office, specifically Excel. Ability to analyze complex data and
present it to management. Understanding and desire to learn
financial processes and methodologies. Strong interpersonal skills,
demonstrating integrity in all actions. Experience Preferred
Business process support. Knowledge of procurement, purchasing, and
project management. Familiarity with data center layouts and
procedures for building access. Knowledge of storage fiber
infrastructure, including fiber optic connections, planning, and
working with Cisco MDS switches. Familiarization with vendor
connection needs and proficiency in connecting power. Coordination
of: Installation of new storage devices. Decommission and uninstall
of end-of-lease storage arrays. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs if
needed. Education Required Bachelor's Degree Listed salary ranges
may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market.
