Job Description Job Description Registered Nurse RN - Behavioral Health Location: Grand Rapids, MI Sign-On Bonus: $8,000–$12,000 Pay: $28.90–$41.00/hr (based on experience) Shifts Available: Days, Evenings, Nights (32–36 hrs/week) Populations: Youth, High Acuity Adults, Older Adults 2nd & 3rd Shift Differentials: $1.25–$5.00/hr (based on shift & day) Role Summary: The RN delivers safe, compassionate, patient-centered care using the nursing process, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and provides clinical leadership while supporting facility mission and values.
