About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with RadGov, Inc to
find a qualified Telemetry RN in Saginaw, Michigan, 48601! Role:
Registered Nurse(Telemetry) Location: Saginaw, MI Contract: 13
weeks Shift: 7 Pm - 7:15 Am Pay: $2300/ Week Job Description This
position performs a variety of integrated functions, intuitively,
using the nursing process while applying a broad nursing knowledge
in a caring, concerned manner. Responsibilities (25%)* Assesses
patient for physical, emotional, psych/social and family support.
(25%)* Organizes and coordinates all aspects of patient care
according to the patient’s real and/or perceived needs. (25%)*
Evaluates patient progress by correlating patient information with
nursing knowledge to determine if goals are being met according to
the patient’s plan of care or clinical path. (25%)* Consults and
collaborates with members of the health care team in planning and
implementing total patient care for individuals. Submission
Requirements 2 Years of Experience - [REQUIRED] TELE CARDIAC
Experience - [REQUIRED] Recent traveler experience - [HIGHLY
PREFERRED] Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will consider
local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction, for ONLY 1-13week
