Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CVICU - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/16/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract Registered Nurse – CVICU (Night Shift) Location: Rochester, MI Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week Shift & Schedule - Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3×12s) - Schedule: Every other weekend required - Holidays: Must be available for at least one holiday - On Call: None - RTO: Up to 1 week may be requested Required Experience & Skills - Minimum 2 years of recent CVICU experience - Experience caring for post-op open heart patients - Impella and IABP experience required - Strong clinical judgment and analytical skills - Ability to provide a full range of professional nursing services - Excellent communication and collaboration skills Education - Required: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing - Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Certifications & Licensure - Michigan RN License (Required) - BLS – Required - ACLS – Required About Talent4Health A leader and innovator, offering comprehensive talent solutions for the healthcare industry across the nation.
