therapy team, you will: - Deliver high-quality physical therapy
services under the direction and supervision of a Physical
Therapist - Support the patient’s Plan of Care and report changes
in condition to the supervising PT - Ensure care aligns with state
practice guidelines and physician orders - Help patients achieve
measurable progress toward their mobility and independence goals -
Teach patients and caregivers how to safely use assistive devices -
Provide education on therapy-related home exercise programs -
Promote Elara Caring’s mission, values, and commitment to
excellence - Work in a physical, hands-on environment that requires
lifting and mobility - Work occasional irregular or on-call hours
as needed What We’re Looking For - Graduate of an accredited
Physical Therapist Assistant program - Current, unrestricted PTA
license in the state of practice - At least 6 months of PTA
experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply!) - Reliable
transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance -
Willingness to travel within the service area (up to 50%) - Ability
to lift 50–100 lbs and perform physical tasks related to patient
