Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to
join our dynamic team. At Encompass Health, we deliver patient care
through our extensive network of inpatient rehabilitation
hospitals, home health agencies, and hospice agencies. As a Nurse
Supervisor, you will oversee the nursing staff and ensure the
highest quality of care is provided to our patients. You will play
a critical role in managing our nursing operations, developing
nursing protocols, and enhancing patient outcomes. We offer a

well-being of our patients. Supervise and mentor nursing staff,
ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals.
Implement and evaluate patient care plans based on patient needs
and responses. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and
standards. Participate in the recruitment and training of new
nursing staff. Manage nursing staff schedules, assignments, and
workload. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive
feedback. Analyze patient data and outcomes to improve care quality
and processes. Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in
clinical management and data analysis Ability to work efficiently
under pressure Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
Familiarity with electronic medical record systems Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current registered
nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
