Surgical Tech Location: Commerce Township, MI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,542 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Surgical Technician Profession: OR Surgical Tech Specialty: Surgery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 1900 - 0730 Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience License: Not specified Certifications: Certified Surgical Technician Must-Have: - Experience with aseptic technique in the operating room. - Ability to set up required equipment, instrumentation, and sterile supplies as needed for assigned cases. - Proficient in scrubbing and passing instruments and equipment during surgical procedures. - Capability to pull and break down cases at the end of procedures. - Available for on-call duty as required. Description: The Certified Surgical Technician is responsible for maintaining aseptic technique in the operating room. They will set up the necessary equipment, instrumentation, and sterile supplies required for their assigned cases. They are expected to scrub in and pass instruments and equipment during surgical procedures. The technician will also handle pulling cases as needed and breaking down cases at the end of the procedure. Additionally, they will set up the operating room and supplies needed for the day's schedule as well as the following day's schedule.
