Facility: Medical center offering a comprehensive range of orthopaedic services Opportunity: - Can only accept certification from ABOS (American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery) - Seeking a fellowship-trained, BC/BE, Orthopedic Joint Surgeon to work full-time alongside a 10-physician team - Play a pivotal role in providing specialized orthopedic care focused on primary and revision joint reconstruction, replacement. This position will also be working with joint infections - Wide range of orthopedic joint surgeries, including - Total Hip Arthroplasty - Total Knee Arthroplasty - Revision Joint Surgery - Provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative care to patients - Your expertise in diagnosing, treating, and surgically managing complex joint conditions will contribute to improving the quality of life for patients seeking relief from joint-related ailments. - This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic healthcare environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care and contribute to advancements in orthopedic surgery. - Call Responsibility equates to about 4 calls per month - Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide a seamless patient experience - Stay up-to-date on the latest advances in total joint arthroplasty - Access to Stryker MAKO robot - Strong clinical skills and judgment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Commitment to providing excellent patient care - EPIC EMR - Qualify for federal school loan forgiveness program Compensation: - To be discussed at interview - RVU-based incentive compensation plan - Relocation Allowance, if applicable - Sign-on Bonus (to be discussed at interview) - Opportunity for Educational Stipend during Fellowship year - Generous paid vacation (37 days including CME) - CME Stipend - Paid Professional Dues and Licensing fees - Retirement Plan 403(b) Plan and 457 (b) - Life, Health, and fully paid Dental and Vision with Long-Term, Short-Term Disability - Professional Liability Coverage w/Tail - Health shortage area- qualify for federal school loan forgiveness program
