Job Description:
Position is currently offering a $3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS and an
incentive opportunity each pay period Pay is dependent on licensing
type and years of experience. Full License: Hourly $28.90 - $38.89
Limited License: Hourly $26.68 - 35.91 Shift: Monday through
Thursday 8:30 am to 7 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm and Saturday 9
am to 1 pm. Evening hours will be required and determined based on
program needs. It is a Therapist that is needed but they will need
to have a masters' degree in Social Work, Psychology or Counseling
and possess the corresponding State of Michigan licensure. The
Adult Behavioral Health SUD Therapist is responsible for
maintaining a caseload consisting of clients, adolescents and
adults, with a primary substance abuse and/or mental health
diagnosis. The therapist is required to conduct intake assessments,
to maintain the case record in a timely fashion, to complete
authorizations with various funding sources in a timely manner as
required, and to conduct appropriate treatment services based on
medical necessity. Travel: Mileage Reimbursement when personal
vehicle used - IRS standard. .64 per mile
