Job Description:
Seeking a compassionate Assistant Director of Nursing in Lake
Placid, NY, offering a salary of $82,368-$105,310/year plus
experience credit and new gas allowance benefit.
Responsible for assisting in managing the Nursing Service
Department, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining
high-quality care.
Supervises staffing, recruitment, training, and scheduling of
nursing personnel; ensures 24-hour nursing coverage.
Coordinates resident care, monitors medication and therapy
schedules, and oversees admissions and eligibility for skilled
services.
Qualifications include a nursing degree, current license, minimum 2
years supervisory experience, and preferably geriatric care
knowledge. COVID-19 vaccination required.
