The mission of the Center is to support MSUs educators and their practices through collaboration and consultation. The CTLI team supports educators through evidence-based teaching practices, inclusive pedagogy, and engagement in innovation, collaboration, scholarship, and advocacy to advance teaching and learning practices. The Director will lead, support, and oversee the work of this team towards these ends.Women in Academia Report monitors and reports trends concerning women in all areas of higher education, discusses important issues of gender equity, reports instances of gender discrimination, and identifies the leaders and laggards among colleges and universities in creating greater opportunities for women.
