Job Description:
The RN Manager of Quality Operations is responsible for supporting
quality initiatives in his or her assigned branches, including
related to OASIS assessment documentation, star ratings, HHCAPs,
Value Based Purchasing, Medicare conditions of participation, and
company policy. The Senior Manager will partner closely with the
Quality Audit and Education Team and Quality and Performance
Improvement Team (collectively referred to as the "Quality Teams"),
leaders and employees at all levels to identify, design and
implement programs that enhance quality patient care and
organizational effectiveness.

What is Required?
* Bachelor's degree in nursing
* 6 years of clinical home care experience in a Home Health or
Hospice environment required
* 2 years of supervisory experience required
* Current state license as a Registered Nurse
* Advanced clinical skills as defined by accepted clinical
standards, including ability to manage patient care episodes,
changes to plan of care, clinical evaluations, and
recommendations
* Advanced coaching and development skills - Ability to provide
constructive feedback and develop both clinical quality, core
competencies, and productivity with direct reports
* Advanced judgement capabilities - Ability to make decisions with
incomplete information, choosing from multiple options, knowing
when to escalate
* Advanced customer service skills - Ability to seek patient
feedback, advocate for patient, understanding of patient needs, and
managing patient expectations
* Intermediate computer and technology skills - Ability to quickly
become proficient in enterprise applications (e.g., Homecare
Homebase, Workday), intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office,
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Basic business development skills - Ability to develop trusted
relationships and networks, leverage personal networks, and relate
across both supervisory and leadership levels
* May be asked to travel on occasion to support a field office in
time of audit or necessitating event
* Must have access to transportation or dependable vehicle driver's
license and auto insurance in accordance with the laws of the
State
You will report to the Skilled Home Health Area Vice President.
