  PURPOSE OF THE ROLE As the Business Unit Finance Director, you will be responsible for overall financial and strategic aspects of the business, ensuring a reliable program profitability.-- ATTRIBUTES OF PROFESSIONALS IN THIS ROLE
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills--
  • Strong analytical skills-- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
    • Maintain and improve rigor in financial and operations controls
    • Conduct analysis of gross margin, product lines, price performance and customer probability
    • Support monthly close and forecast activities and summarize financial results and expectations
    • Assist in leading the business to achieve performance targets and key performance metrics
    • Build organizational capability, including developing key finance associates and tools to dive continuous improvement
    • Evaluate key strategic investments and research development projects and opportunities
    • Lead acquisition due diligence and analysis
      DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
      • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, Master's Degree preferred
      • CPA preferred
      • 10+ years of accounting experience
      • Prior manufacturing experience
