Manager,you'll be responsible for maintaining a positive customer
experience byensuring that safe, quality food is prepared and
served; and that therestaurant crew is well trained and provides
excellent service. You'll maintaina clean, organized line with
properly functioning line equipment. You'll be onyour feet working
while clocked in, unless on break. If you're not busy,
you'llevaluate what other tasks need to be completed, and assist

QualityMaking sure greattasting, high quality food is
servedResolving foodquality issuesManaging foodsafety which
includes: Ensuring hand washing and glove changes, monitoring
timeand temperature on the line, monitoring secondary shelf lives,
and enforcingthe Daily Food Safety Checklist and food safety
policies and proceduresCustomer InteractionResolving customer
incidents and working to ensure positive customerexperiencesTeam
ManagementManaging crewbreaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and
line schedulesDeveloping andcross-training all front of house Crew.
Assisting with Crew performance reviewsand the resolution of
performance issuesTraining and developingfuture Service
ManagersOfficeAdministrationAssisting withmiscellaneous office
administration duties such as banking, cash handlingpolicies and
responsibilities, and office paperworkOverseeing officeequipment
and making sure office supplies are ordered as necessaryEnsuring
theproper quantity of supplies are available as

systemMiscellaneousEnsuring the lineand reach-in cooler are
