Job Description Job Description Full Time Process Development Technician We are looking for a full time process development technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in CNC machining and metal removal. The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and improve manufacturing processes. This will involve working closely with engineers and other technicians to identify areas for improvement, testing new processes, and implementing changes. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and have a strong attention to detail. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: Develop and improve manufacturing processes Work closely with engineers and other technicians Test new processes Implement changes Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Work independently and as part of a team Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field Experience in CNC machining and metal removal Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills
