Heights, MI Duration: Contract position for the current school year
(CSY) Responsibilities: - Provide instructional support to teachers
in various classroom activities - Assist with classroom management
and student supervision - Support students with diverse learning
needs and ensure an inclusive learning environment - Help prepare
educational materials and organize classroom resources -
Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement individualized
learning plans - Monitor and report on student progress and
behavior Qualifications: - Prior experience as a paraprofessional
or in a similar educational support role is preferred - Strong
communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with
students and staff - Ability to follow teacher instructions and
adapt to classroom dynamics - Patience, reliability, and a positive
attitude toward supporting student success - Basic understanding of
