Corporate Controller - Manufacturing in Grand Rapids, MI Our client is a well established manufacturing company in Grand Rapids and they are seeking a Corporate Controller to lead their accounting operations and drive process improvements across the organization. This key leadership role oversees general ledger integrity, financial reporting, audit coordination, and the AP/AR teams. The Controller reports directly to the CFO and is a key contributor to strategy, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities for Corporate Controller: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Prepare consolidated financial statements for internal and external stakeholders Supervise accounting, AP/AR, fixed assets, and trade compliance functions Manage general ledger structure, journal entries, reconciliations, and audits Lead year-end audit preparation and act as the primary contact for external auditors and tax advisors Support benefits, 401(k), and trade compliance reviews Build strong internal relationships and drive continuous process improvement Assist CFO with special projects and strategic initiatives Requirements for Corporate Controller: 7 years of accounting experience Experience in a manufacturing company with $100M in annual revenue Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and business intelligence tools Strong communication and leadership skills with a detail-oriented, hands-on approach LI-MS6 INJUL2025 INJUN2025 ZRCFS Corporate Controller Corporate Controller Corporate Controller Corporate Controller
